Use of Our Website and Content
The content on aisearchschool.com — including all articles, guides, videos, images and resources — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You may read, share links to and reference our free content, provided you give clear credit to AI Search School.

- Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
- Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content from our website
- Attempt to access restricted areas of our website

Purchases from the Store
Our store at aisearchschool.store is powered by Shopify. When you make a purchase you also agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service.
Digital products
All guides, playbooks and resources sold in our store are digital products delivered by download. Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, unless the product is faulty or materially different from its description.

Intellectual property
When you purchase a guide or resource from our store, you receive a personal licence to use it for your own business or personal development. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or share our paid products with others

The Community on Skool
Our course community is hosted on Skool at skool.com. By joining the community you also agree to Skool’s Terms of Service.
Community rules
We want the AI Search School community to be genuinely useful, respectful and supportive. By joining you agree to:
- Be respectful and constructive in all interactions
- Not spam, promote unrelated products or send unsolicited messages to other members
- Not share course content, videos or materials outside the community
- Not engage in any behaviour that is harmful, discriminatory or offensive
- Take responsibility for how you apply what you learn
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community for violating these rules, without refund.
Membership billing
Community membership is billed on a recurring basis as set out at the time of joining. You may cancel at any time through your Skool account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
Educational Content — No Guarantee of Results
Everything we teach at AI Search School is based on our genuine research and experience. However, AI search is a rapidly evolving field and we cannot guarantee that any specific technique will produce specific results for your business.
Results depend on many factors including your business, your market, your implementation, and changes to AI search platforms that are outside our control. Any examples or case studies we share are illustrative and not guarantees of what you will achieve.
AI Search School provides education and information. We are not responsible for business decisions you make based on our content.
Work With Us Services
If you engage AI Search School for done-for-you services or ongoing support, the specific terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate service agreement provided before work begins. These Terms of Use apply alongside any such agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, logos, course materials and resources produced by AI Search School are our intellectual property and protected by copyright. The AI Search School name and logo may not be used without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you contribute to the community. By posting in the community, you grant AI Search School a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the community.

Disclaimer of Warranties
AI Search School is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. We do not warrant that the information we provide will be accurate, complete or up to date at all times, though we do our best to keep it current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AI Search School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, content or community. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
